It's free a year at a time. Near the end of the year, whoever runs the roster renews it in one click. If nobody does, the roster becomes read-only; nothing is deleted. It's for intern groups: practices are moved to a practice plan.
Yes. There's nothing to cancel: just stop using it, or hand the roster to next year's group.
No. Your group can use Dokk on its own. If your department wants a copy, you can download the roster as a spreadsheet.
You set the rules: call lengths, the monthly target, an optional cap and the longest stretch allowed. The defaults are a starting point, so check them against your contract and your hospital's policy.
